All Sorority members, regardless of attendance at convention, should mark their calendars with the following important dates that may effect your convention planning and chapter functions. It is also very important to take into consideration other dates in your chapter, campus, community, and personal calendar that may coincide with important deadlines leading up to convention.  For sisters who are able to, we encourage you to spend additional time as a tourist in Philly before and after convention.  You may want to add additional vacation dates to your calendar!

    JULY 1: Deadline to receive a full refund, minus the $50 non-refundable deposit 

    AUGUST 20: Deadline to pay for all convention registration costs, late fee applies

   

REGISTRATION DEADLINES

    MAY 31: Last day to register and receive the Early Bird Registration discounts

    JULY 15: Last day to register while paying the Standard Registration Fee, no late fee applies

    AUGUST 20: Last day to register for convention, late fee applies

    JUNE 6: Deadline to submit convention legislation

    JUNE 13: Release of Convention Business CD 1   

                      Application submission for the 2009-2010 National Standards Committee begins

    JULY 26: 2009-2010 National Standard’s Committee  Applications Due

    JULY 25: National Board of Directors Annual Reports due

                     2009-2010 Proposed National Budget due

                     Bids due for the 2009-2010 National Board of Directors Candidates

    JULY 27: Release of Convention Business CD 2

    JULY 31: Deadline for chapters and colonies to submit the contact information for their delegates

                      (Each chapter/colony should have two delegates present at convention.)

    AUGUST 1: Delegates begin voting on National Award Bids

    AUGUST 22: Deadline for chapters/colonies to submit Tiger Swallowtail Recipient information

    AUGUST 30: Voting concludes for National Award Bids
